Claims that i had damaged the car

I had rented a car from the CSIR Branch in PTA on the 26.10.2014. I had signed all the necessary documentation however no physical check of the car was done by a Europcar Rep. In March 2015 I received an email stating that I owe Europcar for damages to the car.<br> I have no idea how the damage was caused to the vehicle. I did not do a check around the vehicle when I picked it up. I have contacted the branch at CSIR on numerous occasions and told them the exact same thing. The service from that branch is really pathetic as they do not follow up when requested by the customer and they argue a lot on the phone without listening to the customer.<br> Your CSIR branch manager responded as follows:'I personally inspected this car with the customer, bending down and checking all around thoroughly from bottom to top, there were no pre-existing damage at all to the front as per claim. I remember clearly because Mr D Maharaj had a cast on his arm from the accident he was in with his personal car. <br> Firstly I was not injured in my accident neither was I wearing a cast on my arm. So honestly I don't know who the person from the branch is talking about. I still maintain I did not cause the damage
