Check what you sign for!

Rented car through insurance from due to accident. All went well and was refunded promptly with a deduction of a administrative fee. Insurance botched up and had to hire a car again that had to be delivered at my home at 10h30 at night only. Representative assured me that beside the admin fee I would not be liable for any cost and would receive my deposit in a couple of days. I did receive my deposit refund in a couple of days MINUS R184!!!!!!!! This is for tyre and windscreen insurance! Be very careful what you sign for and dont believe what the representatives tell you!!!
