Cheated by Europcar's fuel policy!

Having received two different cars from Europcar while my vehicle was in for repairs, I was negatively impacted by their fuel policy twice over. Both vehicles were returned with a full tank of petrol (pictures and slips provided as proof) and yet both seemly required just under R350 to fill the tanks. I queried the discrepancy with the support team and was told their policy requires each vehicle to be filled. There could not have been enough space in the tank to fill a single drop, let alone 15 litres of petrol. I have been cheated and will NEVER use Europcar again!!
