Charges for Damages not caused by me & no feedback

I have had such a bad experience, from being given a vehicle with a faulty petrol gauge to being unfairly charges for damages that were already on the car.<br> <br> Then without feedback a huge bill is sent to me, my creditcard charged and no one contacts me as promised. I object to the bill and complain on 31 July alreay and I have had no feedback!!<br> <br> They charge insurance charges but give no details of their insurers/investigators or who can be contacted to object or complain. This is not TCF at all. I need someone to contact me to clarify this mess you have made.<br> <br> You are in the process taking down the good name of #Discovery #Vitality too.
