Charged for pre existing scratches

After reading the reviews am not shocked, bad reviews but not shocking based on the experience i had. I thought I was the only one have bad experiences with Europcar. I rented a car at King Shaka and now am being charged for scratches under the car. It's very clear that pre inspection was not done as the inspection for only had 1 scratch while the car had others that were very visible but not recorded that I uploaded. I don't know if we are expected to sleep on the floor to inspect cars underneath.

3 times similar thing where a guy goes to 1 spot under the car to inspect, a clear sign that they already know where the issues are because they are pre existing.
