My wife had a rental from Europcar Braamfontein through her insurance. Upon returning the car, they did an inspection and everything was fine. Today she gets a call from them stating that there is a scratch on the back door. Now they want an amount of R3300 for damages. When I tried calling the branch about this, I cant get through to them.

It is such a disappointing experience. They still haven't refunded the R2000 deposit.
