Car rental pleasure

I always use Europcar because of their excellent service and have never had any complaints. With my latest rental, I had a query. It was resolved within 2 days and they exceeded my expectations by reversing fees. Service like this should be commended because it is so rare. Much appreciate the people at Europcar.
