Car rent

<p>I went to rent a car, sent by budget insurance because my car was involve in the accident.</p> <p>I called them before, they told me to bring deposit of R1350.00.</p> <p>I went there with that amount, when I arrive the lady told me about Insurence with is about R850.</p> <p>I didn't take it because it was gonna be too much to me. R1350 plus R850</p> <p>When I return the car, there was a windscreen crack.</p> <p>Now they charging me R3700 for the damage windscreen.</p> <p>My problem is the lady who help me didn't explain to me fully that on the deposit they can take the Insurence money on it, not to top it up.</p> <p> </p>
