Trying to talk to a senior person on the phone and they simply block me from doing that!!

16 Jun 2022, 11:52i received a call from Robin who noted all of the details and said that she would get back to me via email with the corrections etc.
I received a subsequent call from another person [Khosi] who had little idea of the situation and the arrangements that had been made with Robin. I said that i was waiting for Robin's response and that she should please note that for her attention.
I have received nothing as arranged
