Billing of damages not caused by me

I got a car rental trough my insurance company(santam) from europcar while my own was in for repairs. my wife used the vehicle in this time. On return the driver picking the vehicle up walk straight to the front bent down and pointed out damages under the bumper. <br> <br> A couple of days later I received a sms to pay for the damages, my wife work for a panel beater and say she cant think of any place she could have bump the car.We opt to do the repairs as the panel beaters are VW approved they refused. This happened in December 2014. <br> <br> Four Months later I called my insurance Santam for assistance they referred me to Kim Hand and she referred me to someone else. And so the bucket went on and Santam just pulled there shoulders up.<br> <br> I look on this site and saw there is a lot of this type of complaints charging for damages that was already on the vehicle and so, so please be warned avoid EUROPCAR rental as this seems to be a big problem and money making trick from them. <br> <br> What is the point in having car rental and excess waiver on your insurance policy, as you get to pay any way
