Billing and extra charges

They see every opportunity to make money. I returned the car full tank and was billed for refill and refill charges. I filled full tank at BP Smith street Braamfontein which is a street waya from their branch. 2. The rim had a minor scratch of which I was informed that the tyre waiver taken does not cover it. The car was taken to their head office for inspection. 15 Days later I receive an invoice of R3 360.50 which I analysed that they had to take all the deposit money given to them. How does the scratch on a rim cost so much? If they want to replace the wheel, it does not cost R3 360.50

I do not recommend them.
