Billed incorrectly for nothing

<p>Hi </p> <p>rented a car from Europcar OR which was fine as per the norm (not the first time using this service) little did i know that when we return the car i would cheated firstly- Charged for Refuelling when i filled up the car at the Skytop Engine Garage at ORT and secondly being charged an inocrrect amount on etags after paying cash. I foned to ask politely as ive rented a car before and did the same trip and never had a problem but this time im not sure if im taken for granted or what. </p> <p> </p> <p>i foned and spoke to Emmah Mahlangu and she told me she was going to escalate i asked for a reference number and she went silent on me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Pay me back the "refuelling" money as i left the car with a full tank and also the tol fee for Middleburg tollplaza as i paid cash. the total is R384.50</p> <p> </p> <p>thank u</p> <p> </p>
