Billed for something not asked for

When I received my invoice there was an amount of R600 for \windscreen and tyre waiver". On 28.09.2015 I phoned the Mogale City branch to enquire this and the lady said that I asked for this waiver. I definitely did not and this was NOT explained to me. The only additional charges that was explained to me was the R4000 excess should something happen. I was told that they would phone me back yesterday which never happened. I know for a fact this was never explained to me as due to my financial situation I would never have accepted this as I cannot afford it. The lady that assisted me was more interested in wanting to buy my mother's car and discussing personal issues and I feel this is why it was overlooked and not explained to me. Please refund me the R600 as I don't feel it is fair that I have to pay for something that I did not ask for."""
