Company has promised a credit note but it has not materialised .All that one gets from Europcar is computerised responses. They disrespect heir customers and only interested when you hire a car and offer no customer services. If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours ,I will teach them a lesson and will lodge a dispute with my bank and apply for the entire credit card transaction to be reversed .
