I would like to thank Europcar for their Employees namely Wiseman and Jody who assisted me with only having to send an email online. I must say that the process they use is quick and efficient. I have received a vehicle with an airbag light on and sent an email online. Wiseman called me few minutes thereafter and arranged that another professional gentlemen deliver another vehicle for me. We do understand that mistakes happen, but the way these guys handled the matter is excellent.
