Best service in a while!

I had booked a car in the King Williams Town branch for the 16th of December- a public holiday. The office was supposed to be closed yet the branch manager made sure that i got the car. I was dropped off far from their office and he personally delivered it and even waited for me as i was running late from Cape Town to king William's Town. He was patient and sooo incredibly helpful. It was a real breath of fresh air. Thanks so much! Europcar for life!!!
