we had a car hired by our insurance compony as a curtesy car. the vehicle was returned on 08/02/2023 which we expected our deposit to be returned, till to date the deposit has not been returned. i called and i was told that the vehicle had a nail on the tyre. the nail must have been there before i took the car as the tyre was not loosing air all along. we still await the return of the deposit. the last time we used Europcar the same thing happened a nail in the tyre where they wanted to take our money. we had to go the same route and fight for our hard earned money. the *******ion at east London airport is out of this world where we were asked to pay a bribe so that the matter can not be reported. when i refused i was told to fill a damaged report. i have proof of all this. we just want our money back that all.
