Becareful if you hire a car! you will be charged for fuel not utilize by yourself

<p>Besides the fact the Service Provider in mention has no proper system of recording milage used, and if they actually do, then process not followed, they would use the opportunity to utilze the vehicle and have you pay for the milage!</p> <p>I called in when I was on my way to drop of the vehicle at Autohaus, to confirm that the vehicle could be dropped off an left here as I was picking up my vehicle, in conversation I mentioned that the fuel gage had not moved at 92ks and the lady asked what vehicle it was .. a VIVO and she advised that its quite expected, I suggested topping up the fuel and I was told that the airlock needed to be removed? and I suggested not interferring and having the Service Provider do this. so to my expectation, I would have atmost R120 taken off the R1200 deposit put down.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise I was provided a slip for fuel at 185ks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which I refuse to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the 26th May 2016 Evans from Europcar has nto gotten back to me, it has come to this to get money back which is being ******!</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully someone would now do something.. becareful if you hiring a car from them- you may have to fit their bill</p>
