Be careful when hire vehicle from Europcar

<p>My own vehicle was in a car accident. My insurance Dial-Direct has a contract with Europcar. Europcar requested a deposit of R1350 (which is a ridiculous high amount). Contract number- ********** 65. When I collect the vehicle at Cape Town airport, nothing such as Theft waiver or windscreen and tyre waiver was explained to me. I thought the documents I signed was the release of the vehicle. To my surprise I got almost nothing out from my deposit I paid. Their excuse, I was suppose to read documents before signing. I admit that, but it is also their responsibility to explain each document to a client. I won't recommend Europcar to anyone wanting to lose money. And if Dialdirect will remain with Europcar, then I will consider changing my insurance. </p>
