Bad Service - deposit refund

Good day

I booked a courtesy car from Europcar Rand airport germiston on the 28 November, and returned the car on the 28 December 7:00am. i had to phone them to follow up as when i'll be getting my refund back, that's when they told me the car had scratches. i asked them to show me the scratches in question and they telling me the car is already gone from their Germsiton office. its been a mission to get answers from europcar. i want my deposit refunded.
