Bad Service (Day light *******)

The biggest regret ever! I have rented a car with Europcars, fast forward. I got a stone chip on the windshield, reported the matter to them and even showed them the Stone chip on the day I returned their car and i was told that is it just a small chip and it will be +- R95 to R250. After a week of no feedback from them, I decided to call them asking about my deposit. I was told that i am not going to receive the deposit because they have decided to replace the whole windscreen and it costs about R2750 (a Suzuki Celerio). I am so disappointed with this guys!
