Bad service

Its strange that europcar is still in business while they keep getting away by *****ing from customers withholding there deposit if the vehicle is found with previous scratches and dents.3 years ago we rent car which scratches and dents were recorded but when we collected they were so fast and said they did pre inspection etc.My husband left.When returning they collected but this person collecting came straight to the scratches and said they will need to report this and that.We asked if u were not the one booking this car out to us how did u know that those scratches was not there prior to us using it.It was a long battle they never gave our money back. I swore that we wont use them again now unfortunately the insurance only made use of europcar and we had to use them again WE scratched the car reported it with them holding R2500 we never got a invoice just them calling everytime.Now want to take legal action so we were so suppose to just write the off our money that they never gave to us.I read peoples reviews and all of us is probably making up these things.How is it possible that all have the same reviews regarding europcars something needs to be done.They are all.in it together!!!! I have changed my insurance i will never recommend europcars
