Bad Service and inconvenience

I hired a car from Europcar Sandton Eye which is situated in Gautrain Hotel when i got there i was told they moved accross then I walked to the other branch and I was told that they are based at the Gautrain station. I was phoning them early in the morning and there was no answer because they open at 7am on Saturday. When I got there its small container office outside meaning if it rains we in trouble. So the guy who are assisted me was gentle however I was given an old i10. Then Sunday morning I needed to drop off the car as I was rushing to the airport there is no drop box so i contacted the emergency number on the keyholder and a rude african guy assisted me and told me i need to go to Sandton Sun there is parking. I mean we hire cars for convenience especially because we travelling now that means i must walk and be late for my flight with all my luggage. So the guy put me on hold and left me hanging like that.So I went to Sandton Sun security guards didn’t know where was the drop box and no signage so i drove to a green office and a guy by the name of Muzi kindly assisted me and went beyond his call of duty. I think Europcar you have lost the plot I will not be using your company anymore because when Im travelling the last thing I need is to be running around aimlessly I need convenience thats it
