Bad customer service at Europcar

Bad customer service at Europcar Thohoyandou. Firstly i was supposed to return my car on the 27th of December which was a public holiday and there is no drop off box for the keys as the offices were closed and no communication from then on how to leave the car keys if there is no one at the office. They are still expecting me to pay for an extra day despite them knowing that my car will be returned on a public holiday and they did not communicate how this needs to be done.

Secondly, when I returned the car the Lady that was assistanting me with the process said i need to walk back to the car(which was parked quite far from their offices), to take down the kilometers in the car. The few times that i have rented out a car i have never had to go take the car kilometers as this is the job of the person inspecting the car.

Thirdly, i was told that i returned the car too dirty and i will have to be charged +- R800 for it. This was never part of the contract that i signed that the car needs to be clean before I return it. She insisted on this and gave me a solution that i give her R30 so someone can go was the car for me once i leave so i do not get charged R800 for it, which i did. When I received the car it wasn't clean on the outside and when i raised this with the delivery guy he blamed on the rainy weather but they want me to pay R800 for returning the car dirty.

Fourthly, i had filled up the car before returning it and it was clear that the petrol tank was full from the gage. She said to me that to prove that the petrol was paid i need to produce a slip. This was not communicated to me by them when i took the car and i have never had to keep a slip when i rent out a car to show the petrol that i've poured. If the slip is not produced i might get charged as they not sure is i put petrol, while the gage shows its full. I'm not sure how the slip is proof that the tank is full because the amount of petrol i put is dependent on the amount of petrol i had in the car beforehand?

Fithly, just after i left the lady that was assisting me gave me a call saying the tyre had burst when the they were taking it to the car wash(refer to the 3rd point) for which I'm responsible and she needs me to go back to their offices urgently to sign a contract to accept responsibility. I'm not sure how I'm responsible for a tyre that burst after i left as i managed to drive it back to the branch and the lady inspected the car with me and she did not see this?
