Bad customer service and now Europcar want to pin a damage that is report to me almost 45 hours late to me.
I hired a car on 24 August 2023 and Return it on the 27th August 2023. On the 28th August I got a message notifying that the contact is terminate then to my shock on the 29th in the afternoon I get a surprise e-mail telling me of an additional damage that was missed during inspection.
I wrote back raising an object the after almost 45 hrs later and after my contract is terminate I got an email telling me of damage and I must fill accident report. I refused to fill the form because I know nothing about the damage, I requested that they call me back to discuss the email but up to today no one has called me or given me an sort of an update. I have not received my deposit back.
I advise customer to take pictures when you pick up the car and when you drop the car.
In my case I took supercover, and additional minor damage cover plus I have pictures. I am going to report this to Vitality as well.
