Bad customer care!

Yesterday the 16/11/2018 I booked a car from Europcar Mogale City. They give me a car that has this scratchy sound every time I use the brakes. So they have not changed the brakes when they were suppose to. Clearly they don't car about their clients safety and expect us to pay them for such service???!
