BAD BAD BAD service

Wish we had come here before making use of Europcar rentals. They are the worse. Our bakkie went in for repairs insurance made use of Europcar hire. The day we went to fetch the car from europcar at Cape town airport the lady was in a hurry and did not check car with me as I asked should we not check car together she just said no. I have a checklist that was not signed by me. The day i brought car back there was damages to the car according to them. I told them these stuff was there they sent a report and don't know what still regarding damages. i told them look at the footage and see that the woman never checked with me do you think they care its all about keeping the deposit to them self. This all after i enquired to get my deposit back,they are ****s really one of the worse rentals. We still busy with them as i have not signed any checklist so how to they make there own assumptions.
