bad attitude

Hi I was very disappointed by how your staff carry themselves while in full uniform. He came to my work place looking for me because he "thought" I parked my car in your parking. I was busy with the guest instead of waiting until I'm finished he cuts my conversation with the guest shouting and causing a scene. I work for a 5 star property we pride our selves in excellent service. Very disappointed by his rude and arrogant attitude.
