Bad attitude

I didn't get there car I hired online n nobody explained they didn't have. Attitude I got from there guy who checked my car when I went to pick it up drove me crazy, I had to wait for him 20/30 minutes because he is just chilling in there car with his colleague. When he finally arrive he didn't even greet us or introduce himself. He just checked the car n gave us a paper. He didn't even explain n quickly left to help white people, with a smile. When I come to drop there car he gave me there same Attitude he is old n I asked him should I leave a key inside n his answer is "why" he supposed to tell no simply bcz I didn't even know he is working with people he should know how to treat them, I will never hire a car with Europcar again, I love to travel but I'm going back to Dollar they know how to treat people
