Awful Service

Awful service from this company and their debt collection company called Hybrid Collections. A simple request for a statement is still ongoing a year later even after I settled the outstanding amount. I do not recommend anyone to use this car rental company as they are *********** and their after sales service is terrible. I will never use them again!!!
