Awesome service and experience with Europcar Braamfontein

I hired a car with Europcar Braamfontein, I was given a very clean car. They were very patient and helpful as I struggled with the arrangements through my insurer. In the beginning of September I received a call from Nasiphi from Europe car braamfontein. She was very friendly and helpful as I explained my struggles with the insurance, I had ran out of rental days and she helped me arrange for an extension that helped me keep the convenience while waiting for my car to be fully repaired. When I brought the car back. She was on lunch but helped me anyway. The wheelcaps had been ******. She explained the process of what will happen. I applaud her politeness and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Europecar because of the experience I had with her and the rest of her colleagues in braamfontein.
