Avoid Europcar - they are ***********

I have used Europcar many, many times over the years, and probably 10 times this year already, but the last time ****erally) was last month, when they decided to invoice me using the wrong name and address - and I assume the wrong banking details for returning my deposit. without a corrected invoice, I can't get my accounts dept to pay me back the cost of the car hire - so I am out of pocket by a few thousand rand. Anyone can make a mistake, but after being sent an incorrect invoice and asking for it to be corrected, then sent THE SAME ONE, and then phoning them with assurance they will correct it and being sent THE SAME ONE, but with me (only as an additional driver) I give up. I have asked and begged them to use the information given when booking the car, picking up the car and dropping off the car but No, that is ignored in favour of a person I have never met or heard of who lives in at an address I do not believe exists, I know someone is trying to ***** my deposits.
