Avoid Europcar in Johannesburg Rissik Street it's ********

I rented a car at the Braamfontein Europcar station last summer. I paid the cross border charge for Namibia and Botswana in cash and got the permit for crossing the border directly, but at the date of 20.9. 2018 your company charged the amout of 2474 Rand again by credit card. That was tree weeks later. No answer after I wrote to the Manager Janice Ntaka. Thats ********. Look for other cases like this on trip adviser and avoid this Company in Johannesburg!!!!!!!
