AVOID AVOID AVOID EUROPCAR

I collected a car in PE. No-one was there to check it with me.I was given the keys and told the car is in bay 8. 3 Days later i deliver it to East London. Once again. No-one there to check the vehicle. I park the car in bay 36 and take the keys to the counter. No-one says anything. I go eat, go through boarding gates when ONE HOUR later, Wiseman calls me and BEGS me to come back to Europcar. Get there - THE CAR IS MOVED. He says theres a dent. I couldnt even see it (THAT HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE CAR CO-CHECKED). I said I drove 100%, it DEFINITELY wasnt me. He says Sergei mustve missed it in PE. Tell me to complete incident document. I get home and follow up with Europcar. All the EL branch manager can say is - the form shows there was no dent in PE. My questions are
