Avoid at all cost

Please do not use Europcar unless you don't care what happens to your money or holiday. We rented a car on 19 January...within 40km, of our 300km trip, we got a flat tyre and were offered to go 5 hours out of the way to exchange the car, which completely derailed our vacation. We never arrived at our destination. This is just the simplified version of our disastrous experience. Now, weeks later, after a spoilt holiday, and after following up repeatedly, they they just informed me they are withholding our security deposit to cover the tyre. I am at a loss for words. They said I will hear back in 21 business days if we'll get anything back. Since when is one tyre over 4k? This company is honestly the biggest ****.
