Assistant shouts at customer and the company is *****!

Tempest Car Hire at Cape Town International Airport has the most shocking customer service and they are *****s as well on top of it!

On the day we arrived there there was a bit of a struggle with the booking which ended up with the assistant actually shouting at my friend in front of everyone. This was so embarrassing and put such a sour note to the start of our holiday.

On the day I returned the car a lady walked around the car with me and checked and confirmed that everything looks good before I handed her the keys. Later that day I receive an email that there is front left bumper damage!! Which there was not! My friend and two sons walked around with me to check as well. This is so shocking, I have never experienced such a bad experience with any company. This is just *****, they want to make up things to keep your deposit!
