Shocking service from ýour "Manager" at the Newton park branch. She is more focused on back chatting customers than sorting a problem out!! I would suggest you sort this person out before you loose more customers and you wouldn't want that during these difficult times everyone are facing would you? Never had such an arrogant person speak to me like that! And you call yourself a Manager???
