Appalling service

I hired a car from Europcar East London on the 30th September 2017. I waited for almost 20 mins outside while it was starting to rain for someone to inspect the car. I went back inside twice to inform the middle-aged African gentleman that assisted me with the paper work that I had not been assisted.

Why bother open the Branch on Saturdays if there is no one to work????

Terrible service!!! I will make sure I tell my friends and family not to use Europcar!
