Appalling service!!!

Appalling service from start to finish. All the reviews shown speaks volumes of this utterly useless company. A complete NO NO NO. AVOID AT ALL COST and the insurance companies that uses them are either going for cheap skates or just don’t care about their clients. Old Mutual being my service provider will surely lose me as a client if they don’t discontinue rental with Eurpocar. Inconvenience to the max.
