Annette Venter is a superstar

I recently had a problem when I hired a car at the Sandton branch but after speaking to the Area manager,Annette Venter she resolved my problem,she was polite,courteous and has excellent customer service skills.I was so impressed that I called her even when I experienced a problem in KZN and she resolved this as well.Today I got in touch with her as I could not get a booking for a vehicle at the PE branch and once again she assisted.Mrs Venter went beyond the call of duty and even assisted when this was not even the area she takes care of,she is definitely an asset to Europcar and her customer orientated approach is exemplary. I know that she will pass her excellent customer service skills through to her team.
