After sales service really terrible I want my deposit back ASAP....

Just want to complain about europcar not about thier sales staff but after sales that's the bad one. I had an accident and my insurance arranged with europcar for a temp vehicle whole car was being repaired. I paid my deposit of 2500 and off I went. When it came time to return the loan car which was due on the 24th may I returned the car 2 days earlier as a courtesy and was under the impression I would get my deposit back in the next day or two.... Ja not so lucky was told it takes 7 to ten working days for the deposit to be rufunded to my account which threw my budgeting way out but here we sit 7th of june and still no sign of any deposit in my account I did mail them a few times the customer care and all I get is these blase replies that I must just wait till it reflects in my account unacceptable . It's really sad... I won't use europcar again...
