AFFECTED MY CREDIT SCORE!!! Not to be trusted.

Europcar should NEVER be used and they should big out of business. It is clear by their rating that this is not a once off thing and that they are making business off of charging people for money that does not belong to them. They have been harassing me for “outstanding monies owed” when I have paid them in full. I have spoken to them on the phone and even visited their branch twice to clarify that I have paid them in full and yet I have been HANDED OVER TO THIRD PARTIES!!!! Their negligence has now even affected my name in the financial world. So think twice before you use these people. They are not to be trusted!
