Administration cost
On the 11th November 2015 a consultant call me to arrange the rental vehicle. Upon explaining the cost she also included that there will be an administration fee of R40.00. I believe this is ridiculous. You already get paid for the rental including R220.00 for drop of and collection. R40.00 does not seam like a lot however if this is charged for customers we are paying for all your administration cost and more. Should this not already be included in the rental price?
