Admin Fee on traffic fines
My experience with Europcar was great up to the point where they charged me an admin fee of R310 for a R200 fine incurred during my trip. I will definitely agree to an admin fee, but to charge me that much for something that can be paid online I do not agree with. I will definitely think twice about making use of their services again.
