Admin fee NONSENSE!
Mid Sept I logged on the the Aarto.gov site to check my tickets and noticed I got a ticket with the rental car allegedly doing 141+ in a 120 zone, (Which may have happened) Europacar has assigned the ticket to my license so I'll be solely liable for it (375 zar ) But now in Sept I received an email with an outstanding invoice of 310.00zar for a tickets admin fee(NOT THE TICKET!) an admin fee which can't be explained to me.
I was so impressed with the service and thought I'd rent again for a quick DBN run, Uhm!!! I think not!!
