Above Excellent Service

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to David from the Braamfontein branch.

I have had two interactions with him and both times he has left me feeling comfortable and at ease. I have never received such great service from a stranger. As a young lady who panicks whenever anything happens with my car, David has gone above and beyond, didn't only do his job but kept me calm and ran around for me like I was family.

Please do celebrate him, he is honestly an amazing person with outstanding customer service. I really do hope that more Europcar personnel learn from David's people skills.
