ABOMINABLE SERVICE

Had an courtesy car from insurance booked at kramerville which I had to pay R2000 deposit to be handed over the keys.

35 days later or so, I was called that the car hire has expired and need to return the car. Upon returning the car I was told that I will receive back my deposit within 7 days which was the 10th. today it's the 23rd which is over 9 days now with no deposit refund and each and every time I call them, I'm being told that the finance woman went out and she will call me back.

I need my money back as!!!
