A very big thank you to these two ladies, Pretty Honoko and Nomsa Nxumalo who both delivered an excellent service.

On the 17th of December 2020 I expressed my frustration concerning a dispute with Europcar. Same day I received an email from Nomsa Nxumalo who confirmed that the matter will be referred to their collections team. Within few minutes Pretty Honoko from collections team contacted me telephonically and confirmed she is handling my matter and same will be investigated. Today I have received an invoice confirming that the matter has been resolved. Pretty also phoned me to confirm that the matter has been finalized and the file is closed. Thank you Europcar.
