A Service Level Totally Surpassed

On having a very bad negative experience when hiring a vehicle on a Monday morning in Port Elizabeth I decided to call management to mention my total disappointment in the service I received. Well, all I can say is, Thank You Isla Ratcliff for a service WAY ABOVE expected. I called Isla to mention that the service I received was way out of line of what I would believe her Company offers and this is when Isla showed me what service providers still need to learn.
