A DING WITH A ****

<p>We rented car from Eurocar on 5 January 2017 (acc no ********** 3) using my Discovery Vitality Discount. On returning the car I was shown a small dent on the front fender that I am convinced I was not responsible for (it is so minor that I believe I missed it on inspection - I did inspect it). </p> <p>Despite taking out a Super Waiver my short trip on the day ended up costing me R6062.49 (as opposed to a R700). The dent cost in excess of R5 000 to fix which I find unbelievable. </p> <p>So I learnt you do not just pay the Super Waiver of R3 630. There is also an assessment fee of R756.16, a claim fee of R879, a documentation fee of R85, a refuelling service fee of R20. </p> <p>WOW and we say government ****s small business. I think not! </p>
